Getting to the departure points

Most tours depart from ports and beaches with no easy parking in high season (Lloret, L’Estartit, Sa Riera, Roses). A scheduled transfer drops you at the dock at departure time and picks you up after — no circling for parking with the boat about to leave. For groups, the transfer plus tour combination usually beats renting a car for the day.

Best months for sea tours: June to September. Book boats 24-48 h ahead in August.
